The aim of this research was to explore the county government employees' behavior and satisfaction with the county government document management system (i.e. the Cloud System) using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the theoretical basis. The researcher conducted a questionnaire survey of the administration staff of the county government from November 11, 2019 to December 6, 2019, and 379 valid responses were received. The SPSS statistical software was used to undertake a demographic statistical analysis, reliability test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, Independent-Sample t test and regression analysis. The results of the study suggested that: (1) The county government employees were satisfied with the Cloud System| (2) There were significant differences in the computer self-efficacy and perceived ease of use of employees with different identities, otherwise there was no difference between the independent variable and dependent variables| (3) System quality, information quality and computer self-efficacy have a significant and positive effect on ''perceived ease of use''| (4) System quality, information quality and 'perceived ease of use' have a significant and positive effect on 'perceived usefulness,''and (5) ''Perceived ease of use'' and ''perceived usefulness'' have a significant and positive effect on users' satisfaction. |
