Personality is one of the most important factors for career development. Moreover, emotion management is not only an individual issue, but also an important issue for schools and companies. Good emotion management individuals can promote cooperation and beneficial to the overall efficiency. Conversely, poor emotion management individuals could damage work efficiency.To have a better comprehension of personality and emotion management, a survey of undergraduate students in Taiwan was undertaken. The research results show that: (1) gender and student club participation, have insignificant differences in personality and emotion management| however, year standing, college, and part-time work experience have significant differences in personality and emotion management| (2) there are significant positive corrections on the relationship between personality and emotion management. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are also provided. |
