中醫治療痔瘡病例報告

A Case Report of Hemorrhoids Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

痔瘡是現代的常見疾病之一，嚴重時會影響病患的生活品質。本病例即為一位48歲男性病患，因工作長期久坐且飲食習慣不良產生排便出血，曾做過內痔結紮手術後，最近又痔瘡再犯出現肛門痛而且排便出血就醫，初診處方以乙字湯、槐花散為主，隨證加減玄參、貝母、牡蠣，並加上適當的衛教。患者於第2次回診表示服藥2-3天後解便已無肛門疼痛且排便沒有出血。整個治療過程前後共5次門診，病患痔瘡問題即獲得顯著的改善，因此提出此一臨床病例供臨床同道參考。

Hemorrhoids is one of the common diseases of modern times, and when they are severe, they can affect the quality of life of patients. The predisposing factors are common in sedentary, eating habits, and constipation(1). With the increase of age, the incidence gradually increases, especially the middle-aged and older people who are over 40 years old are high-incidence groups. This case is a 48-year-old patient who has had defecation and bleeding due to long-term sedentary work and poor eating habits. The prescription is based on Yizitang, plus and minus Xuanshen, Fritillaria, and oysters, plus appropriate health education. The patient had no symptom after one month of regular Chinese-medicine taking.
