In recent years, medical records staffs in various medical institutions in Taiwan have actively and effectively used information technology to promote big data analysis and improve clinical research capacity and value in line with clinical needs. This study collects questionnaires from medical staff in a medical center to understand the practitioners' views on medical information licenses and analysis of medical information data. The questionnaire data is used to describe statistics and chi-square fitness. The results show that most of the medical records professionals in our hospital are graduates from universities, obtained medical records information management licenses, academic association training channels, medical records information management and disease classification courses, support the license system, medical records information management licenses issued by the Medical Record Information Management Society, cancer register personnel's license is issued by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. In addition, the analysis of medical data in the medical record information management professional human transformation is the majority in the preparation stage, and there are statistically significant differences. The human transformation of medical record information management professionals has promoted the energy of academic research and analysis. It was published 45 academic papers in 2019. The medical record manpower transformation is a future trend, and it is recommended to prepare for relevant factors and cultivate relevant expertise in advance. |
