In this research, we tried to establish and evaluate a treatment program for domestic violence offender who is probation under custody. In this program, there were 8 subjects and 2 counselors inthis group, once a month, one to two hours for one year. It can be separating into two phase, the first phase is ' cognitive educating phase', including five lessons, that is: contract agreement, rules of law, intimacy and parenting education, myth of right controlling and gender equality, and stress management. The second phase is' relapse prevention phase', from life adjustment untilto break the cycle of domestic violence. Overall, we believe that this treatment program is effective. The primary effect is reducing their degree of violating risk. Violating risk of treatment group is lower than controlling group. In addition, it could also help group members adapting their daily-life more steadier. The proportion of'revocation of probation' of treatment group is lower than controlling group.
