子宮頸抹片篩檢率、陽性率、確診率7年追蹤研究：世代研究

Cohort study of screen rate, positive finding rate and diagnosis rate in cervix cancer for 7 years

使用7年的病歷資料分析某醫學中心子宮頸抹片篩檢率、陽性率、確診率，篩檢的目標完成率平均為52.6％，陽性率平均為2.7％，確診率平均52.1％，診斷病理分級人數最多前三位依序為0級（55.2％）、1級（23.1％）、2級（7.2％），診斷以鱗狀細胞癌（SCC）最多佔57.8％、次為腺癌（Adenocarcinoma）佔36.7％，診斷後治療方法75.6％行手術治療。

The promotional strategies include establishment of the committee, cancerscreening reminder, health education, rewarding method, building a privateenvironment, and OPD prompting system. From 2014 to 2015 there are 47,364person of screening have been performed in the outpatient department, with 274persons of positive cases and 166 diagnosed cases. Accepting treatment rate isaveragely 82.8%. HPV injection is 367 persons.
