知識管理可說是從知識分享開始,組織推動知識管理的最大障礙在此,最終能獲成功的關鍵也在此。既然推動知識分享是如此的重要及困難,於是如何引發組織成員產生知識分享的意圖,並促進知識分享行為,最後達到知識分享的成效,成為一個相當重要且值得深入探討的議題。高中職軍訓教官在學務組織扮演關鍵的角色。本研究主要在探討影響知識分享意圖相關因素,先以文獻探討取得相關理論依據後,提出組織承諾、信任關係及期望報酬三個影響因素,並以高雄市高中職軍訓教官為研究對象,探討這些因素與個人「知識分享態度」之間的關係,並檢驗「知識分享態度」對於「知識分享意圖」之影響。經研究分析各構面的影響關係發現,組織承諾、期望報酬對知識分享態度無正向且顯著的影響;信任關係、知識分享態度會對知識分享意圖有正向且顯著的影響。
英文摘要
The knowledge management (KM) starts from the knowledge share which is not merely the disability of promoting the KM in the organization, but is the key to get the successful ends. Due to promoting knowledge share is important and difficult; therefore, it becomes a quite important and deeply worthy discussion issue to know how to initiate the intention of members of the organization to share knowledge, to stimulate the members' behavior of sharing knowledge, and to get the effective results at last. The high school military instructors play the key roles in the organization of student affairs. In this research, I mainly argue the correlation factors of the influence in the intention of the knowledge share. First of all, I use the relative theories as a basis of this paper. Then I propose to project three influencing factors, the organizational commitment, the trusting relationship and the expected return, in the military instructors of the senior high school in the Kaohsiung City as the objects of study. Finally, I analyzed the relations between these factors and individual “knowledge share manner”, and reviewed the influence of the “knowledge share manner” regarding to the “knowledge share intention”. After analyzing the relative influence of each factor, on hand, I found that the organization commitment and the expected return have no remarkable influence to the knowledge share manner. On the other hand, the trusting relationship and the knowledge share manner have positive and remarkable influence to the knowledge share intention.
