The knowledge management (KM) starts from the knowledge share which is not merely the disability of promoting the KM in the organization, but is the key to get the successful ends. Due to promoting knowledge share is important and difficult; therefore, it becomes a quite important and deeply worthy discussion issue to know how to initiate the intention of members of the organization to share knowledge, to stimulate the members' behavior of sharing knowledge, and to get the effective results at last. The high school military instructors play the key roles in the organization of student affairs. In this research, I mainly argue the correlation factors of the influence in the intention of the knowledge share. First of all, I use the relative theories as a basis of this paper. Then I propose to project three influencing factors, the organizational commitment, the trusting relationship and the expected return, in the military instructors of the senior high school in the Kaohsiung City as the objects of study. Finally, I analyzed the relations between these factors and individual “knowledge share manner”, and reviewed the influence of the “knowledge share manner” regarding to the “knowledge share intention”. After analyzing the relative influence of each factor, on hand, I found that the organization commitment and the expected return have no remarkable influence to the knowledge share manner. On the other hand, the trusting relationship and the knowledge share manner have positive and remarkable influence to the knowledge share intention. |
