The nursing department has made the number of submissions and approvals of N3 case reports an indicator for BSC. No such reports have been submitted in 3 years, and this motivated this group setting to promote effectiveness. The implementation period of the project is from March 1^(st), 2016 to May 31^(st), 2017. After analysis, the problems identified were as follows: poor writing skills among staff, lack of confidence, and lack of peer strength to write a report. In addition, no reward policy exists to motivate staff, no writing training courses are available, and no supervision is provided. A series of policies and processes have been applied, such as the establishment of the class, the introduction of the flipped teaching approach, the provision of reference books and writing staff, the implementation of writing schedules and periodic tracking, training evaluation, enhancing writing motivation by peers, and the implementation of reward systems. As a result, the number of emergency nurses in the 2017 annual N3 case report was upgraded from 0 to 5, demonstrating a major improvement as well as enhancing the academic ability of nursing specializations. |
