照護一位原發性心臟血管肉瘤病人之護理經驗

The Nursing Experience of a Primary Cardiac Angiosarcoma Patient

本文旨在探討一位原發性心臟血管肉瘤罕見病人之護理經驗。照護期間自2009年9月1日至10月1日，以Gordon十一項功能性健康評估為指引，運用觀察、會談、身體評估等方式收集與分析資料，確立「慢性疼痛」、「低效性呼吸型態」及「無力感」之護理問題。以放鬆技巧、音樂療法及分散注意力等輔助方法緩解癌痛；協助調整舒適臥位及規劃合宜活動，以減輕呼吸費力程度與壓迫感；鼓勵表達內心感受，研商正向因應策略，共同擬定具體目標，協助病人肯定自我價值，進而改善面對疾病進展衝擊之無力感。期此經驗能提供護理同仁未來照護類似病人之參酌。

This article described the nursing experience of a rare primary cardiac angiosarcoma patient. The period of nursing care was from September 1 to October 1, 2009. The Gordon 11-items functional health pattern was used to collect and analyze data through observation, interviews, and physical examination. The nursing problems included chronic pain, ineffective breathing pattern, and powerlessness. The author applied relaxation skills and music therapy to alleviate cancer pain, provided comfortable position and planed appropriate activity to relieve dyspnea, and discussed positive coping strategies and developed specific objectives to affirm self-values. The nursing experience provides references for nursing colleagues to care similar patients in the future.
