全球婦女健康現況與發展：與台灣婦女健康之比較

Current Situations and Prospects of Global Women's Health: A Comparison with Women's Health in Taiwan

目前全球約有35億女性人口，促進35億女性的健康與照護品質是全球共同的議題。本文主要針對婦女健康相關議題進行描述，內容包含人口、平均餘命、死因、罹病與風險因子、暴力、以及移民婦女等六個面向進行國際現況與趨勢分析，同時與台灣婦女健康現況進行比較，提供關心婦女健康的產、官、學各界之參考依據，以期整體性提升台灣不同族群婦女的健康服務與品質。

The world women's population is estimated at 3.5 billion currently. Promoting women's health and care-quality is the important global subject. The main purpose of this article is to describe current situations and prospects on six global women's health issues including female's population, life expectancy, causes of death, mobility and risk factors, violence, and immigrant women. Meanwhile, a comparison with the Taiwan woman health is presented. Hopefully the information of this article can be used as a reference for the scholars, educators, experts, and policy makers to make future plan and develop specialized policy of women's health. Then, the goal of all achievements is to make remarkable contribution to the promotion of health service and quality among women of different ethnicity.
