照護一位新移民女性妊娠後期併發急性妊娠脂肪肝之加護經驗

Caring for a Woman with Acute Fatty Liver of Pregnancy during the Third Trimester of Pregnancy

此文旨在探討一位越南籍女性妊娠後期併發急性妊娠脂肪肝之照護經驗，個案因妊娠後期併發急性妊娠脂肪肝接受緊急剖腹產取出腹中胎兒，術後引發肝功能障礙、凝血功能障礙及嚴重低血糖，作者依Gordon十一項健康功能型態進行整體評估，確認健康問題為營養不足、潛在性危險損傷、及因為疾病認知不足小孩早產而產生焦慮情形。

This case study reported the nursing experience of assisting a Vietnamese woman with acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP) in the third-stage pregnancy. During care of this patient from October 11, 2016 to October 18, 2005, Gordon’s theory was used to assess and identify nursing problems and set goals and care plans. This case received an emergency caesarean section to remove the fetus. After the operation, she suffered from AFLP complications, such as liver dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, and severe hypoglycemia. During the care, the patient was found to be suffering from nutritional deficiencies, fear of suffering from AFLP disease, and anxiety due to lack of knowledge to take care of her preterm baby.
