長照2.0政策施行以來，政府期望能以社區養老為主軸的方式以克服高齡海嘯所帶來的衝擊。本文乃以基層護理人員的觀點提供現今社區長照服務模式，期望能發展新的契機，讓長照政策得以永續經營。

It is government’s expectation to provide community based care for the aged to overcome the impact of ageing society coming since Long-Term Care 2.0 starts running. This article provides the chances in long-term care system from nurse’s point of view and hope this system can run sustainable operation.
