臺灣栽培洋菇用堆肥與菌種品質管制的要點

A Note on the Quality Control of the Composts and the Spawn Used in Taiwan

在洋菇栽培上應注意「堆肥的氮素不溶性化作用」及「洋菇菌絲細胞核選擇」二大重點，以作堆肥品質管制及判斷菌種優劣之用。

1. C/N ratio of the compost, Nitrogen immobilized during composting mycelial growth, and the test in nuclear selection of the mycelium grown on the compost-agar are proposed the quality criterion of compost used in Taiwan. 2. The examination of the occurrence of nuclear selection the mycelium isolated from spawns is proposed for quality criterion of the spawns.
