洋菇白色癭蚋幼蟲藥劑防治試驗

Experiments on Chemical Control of Mushroom Cecid Larvae (Heteropeza pygmaea)

1. Lindane混拌堆肥30，50 ppm及噴灑菇床堆肥表面（50% W. P. 1g），對白色癭蚋幼蟲之防治效果甚佳，但50 ppm Lindane混拌堆肥處理者引起洋菇減產。2. Safroide 2,000倍稀釋液雖對於白色癭蚋幼蟲有防治功效，但害蟲密度過高時，防治後之殘餘害蟲數目亦大，而未能符合製罐品質之要求。施藥後之洋菇產量比無藥對照者，略有減少，但差異並不顯著。3. 10% Birlane粒劑（每坪100-150g）直接撒佈於菇床表面，治蟲效果極佳，但洋菇減產率達55.3-87.5%。

1. Incorporation of Lindane at the rate of 30 and 50 ppm into compost on spray of 1 g 50% Lindane W. P. (diluted for 500 times) on. 324 m^2 bed before casing showed excellent control effect on the cecid larvae. 2. Under the condition of high cecid larvae population, Safrocide did not reduce it satisfactory. Safrocide contains 4% Allethrin and 40% Safroxan as synergist, was diluted for 2,000 times. The 1.5 liter diluted solution was sprayed on 3.24 m^2, bed for one time. Before Safrocide treatment, 4443 larvae were detected from 140 g fresh mushroom. After ten sprays of Safrocide, the average number of the larvae in or on 140 g fresh mushroom was 96. 3. One hundred and 150 g of 10 percent Birlane granule were scattered evenly on 3.24 m bed, It suppressed the population of the larvae significantly, but it reduced 55.3-87.5% mushroom production.
