洋菇品系之選拔比較試驗

Selection of Mushroom Strains

1.十九個不同系洋菇之菌絲在馬鈴薯培養基上發育平均速度有極顯著之差異經1cT品系為最速，16S品系最慢；在菌種培養基中以4T品系最速；在栽培用堆肥上則以8T品系最速；產量最高者為4T而16S品系最低。不同品系之菌絲在馬鈴薯培養基，菌種培養基及在堆肥上之發育速度，互相間均有極顯著之正相關存在。2.由日本新引進之藤沼16S品系菌絲在堆肥上不生長產量為零。4T品系雖最豐產但在高（20℃）時生長之洋菇經殺菁後變黑色，在16以下生長者其品質較佳。3.同一品孢子培養之菌絲發育速度比組織分離者迅速，但其產量無顯著差異。4.各品系之菌絲在菌種培養基上之發育速度與產量有顯著之正相關，在堆肥上之發育速度與產量之正相關係數亦極接近顯著標準，可知菌絲之發育速度快者產量較高。

1. Nineteen collected stains of mushroom culture were conducted in the present study for comparison the mycelial growth and the productivity. 2. The growth rates of mushroom mycelium on PDA medium, manure spawn medium and compost were positively correlated. 3. The mushroom productivities and the mycelia growth rated on manure spawn media or compost resulted in the same manner. The results indicated the more rapid growth of mycelium the more yields of mushroom obtained.
