洋菇褐痘病（Mycogone perniciosa）藥劑防治試驗

Chemical Control on Bubble (Mycogone perniciosa) of Mushroom

（1）洋菇褐痘病為目前洋菇栽培上為害菇體最嚴重之病害，尤其將來將發展之PE塑膠菇舍由於其濕度高，故更易發病，應事先預防。（2）洋菇禢痘病多發生於溫濕度高，通風不良之菇舍，尤其高溫時其發病更猖獗。（3）洋菇禢痘病在中部洋菇栽培地區如大雅，后里及農原等地已甚普遍，將有繼續蔓延之趨勢。（4）據統計分析結果，以大生M-22之藥效最佳，在實用上施用大生M-22 600倍，不但樂效佳且對菇體無藥害發生。（5）使用Dithane M-22，Dithane M-45及Dithane Z-78之100倍稀釋噴射後，菇體上有嚴重藥害，但次週期之洋菇則不見其藥害。使用Dithane M-22，Dithane M-45及Dithane Z-78之300倍稀液噴射後菇體上有輕微樂害，其樂斑呈談灰黃色不凹入菇體組織內。使用Dithane M-22，Dithane M-45及Dithane Z-78之600倍稀釋液噴射結果無樂害發生。（6）各試區產量（健全菇）以大生M-22 600倍區之產量最高，以大生M-45 600倍之產量最低。

Bubble is one of the moat serious disease of mushroom in Taiwan. It cause great damage in PE mushroom house under high temperature and moisture and poor ventilation. Bubble was widespread in the middle parts of Taiwan, such as Ta-ya, Hou-Li and Fong-Yuan in 1968/1969. Dithane M-3 was the most effective fungicide on bubble. The diluted suspensions of 100 times of Dithane M-22. Dithane M-45 and Dithane Z-78 showed serious phytotoxicity on fruit body, but no phytotoxicity wore found in second frush At those of 300 times, they caused small gray yellow spots; and at those of 600 times, they caused no phytotoxicity.
