氮磷鉀對花椰菜肥效之研究

花椰菜為本省重要蔬菜之一,其花蕾細嫩緻密,炒煮均宜,滋味優美,營養豐富,所含營養分有鈣、磷、鐵、維他命A.B.C.脂肪,蛋白質,及碳水化合物,為一合大眾口味之蔬菜,故栽培甚為普遍,據台灣省農林廳五十二年統計資料,全省栽培花椰菜之面積為五千餘公頃,值此栽培土地不敷應用之今日,提高單位面積產量之工作,實為當前之急務,蔬菜增產之途徑很多,其中合理之施肥,不但可以增加單位面積之產量,並可節省肥料,減少濫施,及避免因肥料施用不當而引起不良之效果,故本試瞼為研究肥料三要素對花椰菜肥效之問題,及確定最適合之施肥量,以供栽培及學術研究者之參考與指正。本試驗承黃教授弼臣,林教授樂健悉心指導與改正始得完成,特此致謝。
英文摘要
1. This study dealt with the effect of N. P. K. on cauJiflower, which experiment was conducted in the vegetable garden of the Dapartment of Horticulture, Taiwan Provincial Chung Hsing University. 2. The Plot sizes used were 3x3x3 Factoial Experimental Design. Different quantities of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potash fertlizers were applied to growing cauliflower. The N-treatments were: (1) (N0) with no nitrogen (2)(N1)with 15Kg. nitrogen per 0.1 hectare and (N2)with 20Kg. The P-treatments were: (1) (P0) with no phosphorus (2) (P1) with 10 Kg.per o.l hectare and with 15 Kg.perO.l hectare. The K-treatments were: (1) (K0). with no potash. (2)(K1) with 15 Kg.per 0.1 hectare and (3) (K2) with 20 Kg. per 0.1 hectare. During the experiment the above various treatments of N. P. K. were comb- ined and applied to each 0.1 hectare plot. There were 27 treatments, 3 blocks,and 81 plots. Each 1.5m x lm plot containod 6 plants. 3.The cauliflower seeds were sowed on September 20, 1963, transplanted on October 28, 1963, and harvested on Feb. 1-10,1964. 4.The investigation showed early bloom stage in the plots, where the treat­ments of N1P1K2 and N2P2K0 were used. The plots treatments of N0P0K1 and N0P0K2 were latest to produce blooms. The plots with whole fertilizer and with only nitrogen applications, the growth was very good and the plants. possessed green or dark green color. The poorest growth and color of the plants were those of plots with no nitrogen that had only phosphorus and potash or only potash. 5.According to record of yield and the analysis of variance the treatmant of N1P1K1 was best to produce the weight of whole plant. The treatmements of N3P1K0 and N2P2K0 were best for the yield of cauliflower per plot. Potash may influence the health of the plant, therefore the best application for cauliflower was the treatments of N2P1K1.
