洋蔥仔球大小與儲藏溫度對鱗莖發育之影響

Effect of Set Size and Storage Temperature on Bulb Development of Onion

洋蔥仔球經30°C，10°C及室溫下儲藏二個月，發現lO°C儲藏可增加仔球之萌芽率，降低腐爛率，但抽苔率較高。室溫及30°C儲之仔球，種植後具較長之生長期，故鱗莖平均重最較重。同時使用直徑大於2公分仔球栽培，其倒伏期較早且產量高，然抽苔數及裂球數亦較多。

Onion sets are stored at 30℃, lO℃ and room temperature for two months, it showed that sets stored at lO℃ had higher sprouting and bolting percentage but lower in sets rotted. Sets stored at room temperature and 30℃ could produce heavier bulb, because of the longer growing period. Set greater than 2 cm showed higher yield and earlier top falling, but could promote bulbs to bolt and split.
