草莓生長與內生離層酸及激勃素含量週期變化之關係

Study on the Strawberry Plant Growth in Relation to Periodical Changes of Endogenous Abscisic Acid and Gibberellic Acid Contents

生長於臺灣風土條件之草莓栽培品種Aliso，於6月底開始生產之走莖往往有3個半月左右生長極緩慢，10月初以後才開始有顯著之生長，直至芽開始分化時，再度停止。在營養生長期中，植株內ABA含量漸減而GA3含量漸增植株生長顯然受二者比例所控制。在花芽開始分化後，ABA與GA3含量變化模式不同。土壤含水量過高或過低，均能引起ABA含量增加、GA3含量減少。本文討論草莓植株生長、內生生長素、溫度與土壤水分間之關係。

Runners of strawberry cultivar Aliso produced in late June showed an hesitation in growth for 3 months till the end of September and resumed their growth in October when the temperature sank. The 6-8 leaved the flower differentiation took place. The content of endogenous ABA decrease gradually while that of GA3 increased during the course of vegetative growth. It seems that the growth of strawberry plants strongly depends on the ration of ABA/GA3 besides some other unanalysed endogenous growth substances. When the flower differentiation began, the pattern of the changes of ABA and GA3 Contents was different from that in vegetative growth period. A too high or too low soil moisture content led to the increase of ABA content and decrease of GA3 content. The relationships among strawberry plant growth, endogenous growth substances, temperature and soil moisture have been discussed.
