The Application of Electron Microscopy in Horticulture (Ⅰ) an Introduction to Plant Electron Microscopy

本文旨在介紹光學與電子顯微鏡性能之比較，並以植物材料為主簡介穿透式與掃描式電子顯微鏡（TEM & SEM）之種類及其樣品之製備法，以期推廣此一研究技術於臺灣園藝界。

This review includes a comparison of selected characteristics of light and electron microscope; an introduction of transmission and scanning electron microscope and their sample preparation methods. Hopefully that electron microscopic techniques will be widely applied in horticultural researches.
