葡萄葉片之老化Ⅰ：不同環境下葡萄離體葉圓片之考化觀察

Grape Leaf Senescence Ⅰ. Senescence of Grape Leaf Disc under Controlled Environments

葡萄葉圓片（leaf disc）培養於不同溫度、光週及光照強度下，以高溫、短日照、弱光及失水條件下較易老化。本文據此討論可能涉及之供源（source）與積儲（sink）觀念及生長素在此間之角色，並建議應用砧木，改良棚架與修剪，或使用蒸散抑制劑以確保冬季葡萄之生產成功。

Senescence of grape leaf disco were investigated under different temperature, photoperiod or light intensity. It shows that senescence is quicker under higher temperature shorter light-period or lower light intensity. With such evidences, it is suggested that the use of rootstocks, trainning system, improving antitranspirsnts spray are necessary for successful production of winter grapes in Taiwan. The theory of source and sink and the role of hormones involved were discussed.
