台中工業區廠房週邊景觀植栽設計之模擬與研究

A Study of the Planting Design on the Greenbelt Around Factories in Taichung Industrial Park

工業區之機器設備、煙囪、廠房等設施，易產生視覺上的不寧適，並造成不親切、冷漠、灰暗等不良意象。綠化是景觀美化的重要技術之一，：如何運用適切的綠化模式來改善工業區廠房景觀，即為一重要課題。本研究以台中工業區中廠房週邊為研究基地，由四種植栽設計模式衍生出二十種組合方式，針對具代表性之六類型的廠房背景進行植栽設計模擬，再以景觀美質評估法（簡稱：SBE）找出大眾對景觀改變後之美質偏好。研究結果顯示：（1）不同之廠房天空線其設計模式不同上具有偏好上的差異*，（2）植栽設計模式隨廠房背景之偏好不同而產生應用上的差異，（3）遮蔽模式為一般大眾所共同偏好之設計模式。本研究建議：工業區廠房週邊之植栽設計宜配合廠房天空線之狀況而採用適當之設計模式，但以遮蔽模式為最佳之選擇。

Because of the lack of planting design related to industrial facilities, chimneys and factories, industrial parks have resulted in many visual pollution problems. This is the reason why everyone has bad images of industrial parks planting design in a good way to improve these bad images. This study will discus a suitable planting design model to use in an industrial park. The planting design simulation in this study used the factories in the Taichung Industrial Park. The planting design simulation in this study used the factories in the Taichung Industrial Park. The study used 4 design models with 6 background factories. The 'Focus model', 'Screen model', 'Induction model', and 'Harmony Model' were the models chosen and together resulted in separate 20 designs. Then the study used the SBE questionnaire method to get the observers' favorite designs. The results revealed that the observer's favorites will depend upon the design model used with the different backgrounds. The 3 results as follow: 1. The skyline will depend upon the design, model used. 2. The favorite factory style will depend on the design model used. 3. The 'Screen model' is the most favorite.
