授粉對柿子果實形態及脫澀後品質之影響

Effect of Pollination on Fruit Morphology and Quality of Persimmon Fruit after Removal of Astringency

牛心柿經授粉後；可提高4倍著果率，授粉果其鮮重及外形皆大於未授粉者；且形態上亦有差異：授粉果之果頂較尖圓。兩者經脫澀後於品質上差異不大，但授粉果之硬度有較低之趨勢。

The fruit set of persimmon cv. Niou-Sin was 4 times higher (38.8%) than that of the control (9.3%) after pollination. Fresh weight and size of fruits were also greater as compared with the nonpollinated ones. Difference in fruit appearance was also significant; pollinated fruit had more outgrowth in the stylar end while less in fruit firmness was observed. No other differences were found between these two treatments.
