本實驗探討以薄層層析法(TLC)及氣相層析質譜法(GC/MS)分析蘋果汁中patulin含量之優劣。結果顯示薄層層析法之偵測極限(100 α g/1)高於patulin的安全限量(50 α g/1),不適用於定量patulin 將patulin衍生為patulin acetate再配合GC分析及比對檢量線,可準確定量,回收率90%。偵測極限10 α g/1。實驗亦發現若直接於樣本中進行醯化衍生反應(acylation derivation)可提高回收率。 |
英文摘要 |
Analytical methodology for patulin contents in apple juice was studied by the comparison of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Results indicated that the determination limit of TLC (100 μ g/l) was above the safe contamination level (50 μ g/l) of patulin. A method for the analysis 0f patulin in apple juice was developed using GC of patulin acetate. Patulin acetate can be measured down to a levl of 10 μ g/l with 90% recovery. Results also indicated that conversion of patulin to patulin cetate in aqueous samples before extraction can increase the extraction and recovery efficiency. |
