Factors Affecting Color Preference of Mass Rapid Transit Elevated Railroad Structure

本研究欲瞭解一般人對於捷運系統高架路軌結構體之色彩偏好，探討可能影響其色彩偏好之因素，期能提供未來色彩計畫擬定時參考。經文獻回顧與整理後就高架路軌結構體色彩（包括色彩與色調）｀背景環境色彩、由前二者構成之色彩調和類型、個人特性等項進行驗證。以電腦模擬照片為工具，對包含兩類色調之九種色彩的高架路軌結構體、三類色彩狀態共五種背景環境所構成之45張彩色照片進行色彩偏好之問卷調查，以得知受訪者對結構體之色彩偏好，分析方式主要採單因子變異數分析。主要研究結果如下： 一、受訪者在每一種背景環境下對結構體之色彩偏好均有顯著差異；相同色彩結構體於不同背景環境下，色彩偏好亦有差異。 二、淺色調之高架路軌結構體色彩偏好評值普遍較鮮色調者為高。 三、色彩調和類型為對比調和色彩偏好評值較高，僅背景為無彩色主調色時例外。 四、受訪者個人特性，對部分高架路軌結構體之色彩偏好評值有差異。 五、就結構體色彩與背景環境色彩比較，前者對於結構體色彩偏好之影囓較後者為大；但兩者與其交互作用對色彩偏好之影蓉均是顯著的。

The purpose of this study is to learn about the color preference of MRT elevated railroad structure and try to explore the factors affecting color preference to make reference for future color plans. From the ealier studies and theories, the color of MRT elevated railroad structure (contains color and tone), background color. color harmony type and individual character were chosen to test study hypothesis. With computer simulating photographs for tools, the author simulated nine colors of elevated railroad structure and five background colors to investigate the color preference of subjects. ANOY A and t-test were used to analyze data.The main results are shown as follows: 1. Subjects'color preference of structure varies significantly in every different background color. The color preference of structure with the same color in different background still varies significantly 2. The value of color preference for structure of light tone is higher than that of vivid tone. 3. The value of color preference is higher in contrast harmony, except that the background 1s non-chroma dominant color . 4. Individual characters will affect the color preference of structure 5. In comparison with the color of background, the color of structure affects the subjects' color preferences more significantly. But it is obvious that both of them and their interactions have significant influences on the color preference of structure.
