茶樹芽葉色澤標定及其應用

Demarcation and Application for Color of Tea Shoot

茶葉芽葉的顏色與製茶品質的關係十分密切，因此將茶芽色澤之判定標準圖片化，供作比對，至關重要。本研究利用數位相機之記錄編輯方式長期觀測調查，製成常見之茶樹品種茶葉芽色圖譜，可解決田間選拔時人毘判別易混淆之缺失，進而成功標定芽葉色澤，供茶樹育種單株選拔之應用參考。

Color of tea shoot has a very intimate relationship with the quality of made tea. Therefore, comparison system for demarcation, standardization and photocomposition of color is very important. This study can make general color charts for tea shoots according to long period survey on tea shoot recorded by digital camera, which can provide application consult for tea manufacture's type during individual plant selection of tea breed program than the other's which demarcate the confusion in color at the tea garden.
