連盆組之穴盆容積和密度對花壇苗生長之影響

Effects of Cell Volume and Density of a Cell Pack on the Growth of Bedding Plants

本試驗以生產長春花（Cartharanthus roseus G. Don 'Orchid Cooler'）和一串紅（Salvia splendens F. Sellow ex Roem. 'Sizzler'）花壇苗為例，栽培於面積為48cm×28cm之連盆組培育花壇苗，其適當的穴盆容積和穴盆密度。適於培育一串紅之連盆組，每一連盆組由十五個3吋大小的穴盆組成；又適於培育長春花之連盆組，每一連盆組由十八個2吋大小的穴盆組成。

For producing the bedding plants of periwinkle (Cartharanthus roseus G. Don 'Orchid Cooler') and scarlet sage (Salvia splendens F. Sellow ex. Roem. 'Sizzler'), the effects of seedling age in plug and the design of the jumbo cell pack style, which included cell size, density and the bottom shape, were studied. The dimensions of the cell pack for design was 48cm by 28cm. For producing Scarlet Sage and Periwinkle bedding plant, the jumbo cell pack was composed a fifteen 3-pot, or an eighteen 2-pot, respectively.
