柿嫁接不親合性對生長之影響

Effects of Graft Incompatibility on the Growth of Persimmon Fruit (Diospyros kaki L.).

柿的繁殖方法均以實生砧木栽植一年後再行嫁接，而嫁接後達到開花結果能力的時間至少需四年以上。有部份柿樹的砧穗間有不親合性存在，尤其在富有甜柿嫁接後，常有樹勢變弱及生長不良現象；此外當砧木莖幹直徑太大時，影響接穗癒合能力。此種不親合現象，在生長初期不易顯現，其中以富有最為明顯，嫁接不親合性問題都在十年內發生。而柿砧木在無性繁殖上有扦插發根困難與嫁接不親合性等問題。目前解決此一困難之最佳途徑，為以組織培養作為無性繁殖方法。

The propagation of persimmons is generally done by planting the seedless rootstock for one year and then grafting. It takes at least four years to flower and fruit for the grafted sapling. Moreover, this type of propagation encounters the difficulties of weak tree vigros and poor growth after graft. The difficulties are even much more obvious in Fuyu variety. The diameter of rootstocks is too large, the scion union ability is directly hindered . The graft incompatibility always occurs within ten years. In order to solve the problems of cuttage rooting and graft incompatibility, asexually propagated tissue culture is the best approach.
