教育均衡实质上是指在教育公平思想和教育平等原则的支配下,教育机构和受教育者在教育活动中有平等待遇的理想,及其确保其实际操作的教育政策和法律制度;教育均衡发展的本质是追求教育平等,实现教育公平。该文在基于“信息技术促进区域教育均衡发展的实证研究”课题的基础上,提出义务教育均衡发展主要体现在教育环境均衡、教育资源配置均衡、教育机会均等和教育质量均衡四个要素上。为了明确信息技术对区域教育均衡发展的促进作用,课题组制定了“信息技术对区域教育均衡发展的影响”量化统计表,从信息技术环境建设、教育资源建设、信息技术教学应用、教师专业发展、学生信息素养培养等五个方面,用具体数据来评价信息技术对教育均衡发展所做的贡献。 |
英文摘要 |
Balanced education essentially refers to the ideal of education that education institutions and the educated are bothentitled to equal treatment in educational activities under the thought of fair education and principle of educational equity, and theeducational policy as well as legal system that guarantee its actual operations; The essence of educational balancing developmentis to pursue educational equity and realize fair education. On the basis of careful study, the team of “empirical research on UsingInformation Technology to Promote the Balanced Development of Regional Education” points out : The balanced development ofcompulsory education is mainly manifested in the balanced education environment, the balanced education resource configuration,the education equality of opportunity and the balanced education quality. In order to define the information technology 's promotingeffect on balanced development of regional education, The team made the statistics of the information technology’s influence onthe balanced development of regional education. It will use data to evaluate information technology’s contribution to the educationbalanced development from five aspects: the information technology environment construction, education resources construction,application of information technology teaching, teacher’s professional development and students’ information literacy training. |
