提升手術室護理人員對複合式手術室儀器使用正確性之專案

Improving the Accuracy of Using Equipment in Hybrid Operating Room among Nurses

複合式手術室配有先進醫療影像設備，適用於開心手術、大血管支架手術及介入性治療之複合式手術等，護理人員對新引進之複合式手術室沒有概念且不熟悉儀器設備之操作流程，進而影響手術之進行，故引發本專案改善動機。經現況發現主因為：經驗少且認知不足，對儀器配置與操作不了解、無詳細操作步驟標示及未舉辦有效之教育訓練。故本專案旨在提升手術室護理人員使用複合式手術室儀器之正確性。介入策略包括：舉辦一對一教育訓練與技能工作坊、制定圖解步驟操作手冊與標示、製作簡易異常排除小卡及維護人員聯繫方式、再以行動學習之方式，設計行動載具並製作成QRcode與App等。方案介入後護理人員對複合式手術室儀器之認知程度由62.5％提升至100％，儀器使用正確率由43.8％增加至95.8％。希望透過此專案改善方式推廣至其他科組或醫院，讓人員在面對複合式手術室或其他新興且高科技之設備，更可以從容順利的操作且完成相關護理作業。

Hybrid operating rooms are equipped with advanced video equipment that is suitable for heart surgery, vascular stent surgery, or interventional therapy of complicated operations. Nurses in operation rooms may not be well familiar with using the advanced equipment and sometimes causing unexpected issues during the surgery. The reasons for unfamiliarity included lack of experience and knowledge about using the equipment, lack of standard operational procedure (SOP) as a reference, and lack of appropriate training courses. This project aimed to promoting the ability of nurses using equipment in the hybrid operating room. The strategies included creating one-to-one training courses and skill improvement workshop, creating a SOP with detailed diagrams, creating trouble-shooting cards for reference with detailed maintenance contact information, provide application being used in mobile devices to facilitate self-studying. After the improvement project, the familiarity increased from 62.5% to 100%, and accuracy of using the equipment increased from 43.8% to 95.8%. With the success of this project, we hope to help improve nurses' ability to use new equipment and be comfortable with new technologies.
