《陳安論國際經濟法學》新版彙集了近四十年為中國特色國際經濟法學的創立和發展作出歷史性重大貢獻的老前輩陳安教授的主要論文等，體現了作為具有持久學術活力的學科帶頭人及其基本理論的主要奠基人之學說體系的博大精深和向世界發出“中國之聲”的國際聲譽。結合個人四十年來學習研究國際經濟法學的經歷，本文回顧了中國國際經濟法學從“以傳統法律類別為中心”到“以現實法律問題為中心”的學術發展，闡述了當代學人的歷史使命。
The new edition of Chen An on International Economic Law is the collection of his papers and other academic materials. Professor Chen An has made historical contribution for creation and development of international economic law with China's character in last four decades. It demonstrates his great works as a leading scholar with enduring academic activities, the theoretical founders of international economic law in China and representative with Chinese voice at global forum. This article takes review of the academic development of international economic law in China from the focus on traditional discipline to center of legal reality while reconsidering the personal experience in this regard last four decades. |
