本研究探討電子印刷油墨工廠感壓膠（Pressure Sensitive Adhesive, PSA）生產線的生產線平衡，應用程序分析與實施馬錶時間研究，制訂作業單元的標準時間，然後重新指派作業單元至各工作站，執行生產線平衡，使各工作站工作負荷相同，提升生產線效率，達到降低成本之目的。研究結果顯示，執行生產線平衡後，作業人數由3人降為2人，節省1個人力；總閒置率由38.8%降至5.5%，減少33.3%；生產線效率從61.2%提升到94.5%，增加33.3%。
This research studies line balancing of Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) production line. Process analysis and stopwatch time study are used to establish standard times of elementary tasks in PSA line, and elementary tasks are assigned to each worker in order that each worker has the same amount of workload. The results show that after line balancing, the number of workers is reduced from 3 to 2, the idle ratio has decreased from 38.8% to 5.5%, and the production efficiency has increased from 61.2% to 94.5%. |
