針對解決具有不確定評價資訊的多屬性群決策問題,提出了一種基於SPA之資訊處理的群決策方法。集對分析理論是一種較新的軟計算方法,可有效地分析和處理不確定資訊。近年來,該理論日益受到學術界的重視,已經在決策、預測、資料融合、不確定性推理、產品設計、網路計畫、綜合評價等領域得到較為成功的應用。通過將該模式顧客在選擇咖啡店中的應用,得出其咖啡店的優質商店的優劣排序,為顧客選擇理想的咖啡店,提高評價結果的準確性。在利用集對分析中的三元聯系數描述給定範圍內滿意度為滿意、一般、不滿意三類中各類所占的比例時,該三元聯系數同時隱含著該批方案服務品質的當前態勢和潛在的發展趨勢,通過偏聯系繫數計算,可以揭示出其中潛在著的發展趨勢.從而為更好地開展下一階段改善提供了客觀依據。
A new method is proposed to solve multiple attribute group decision making problems with SPA assessment information. Set pair analysis(SPA) theory is a relatively new soft computing tool to deal with vagueness and uncertainty. It has attracted much attention of researchers. SPA has been applied to many areas successfully including decision making, forecasting, data fusion, uncertainty reasoning, product design, network planning, and comprehensive evaluation, etc. While we describe the proportions into three parts of the satisfactory degree by using the three elements connecting number of Set Pair Analysis, this three elements connecting number shields current situation and the potential trend of development. By calculating partial connection number, we can discover the potential trend of development. Hence, it providing objective basis for carrying out the assessment of next phase more properly. |
