連續殺人犯青少年犯罪生命歷程之研究

連續殺人犯罪容易引起社會恐慌，如較長時間不能破案則影響會持續擴大，並消耗大量警力資源。連續殺人與瘋狂殺人、大量殺人案件有明顯的不同特點，以實證研究的方式探討連續殺人案的犯罪模式特點，可以為之後的刑偵破案提供參考。更重要的意義是，通過對連續殺人案件的分析，總結連續殺人案件的犯罪模型，同時為預防殺人犯罪提出相關對策建議，從而減少暴力犯罪行為的發生。研究收集了中國大陸境內典型的連續殺人案件，通過質性研究的方式方法再現犯罪者內心的思考和生命成長經歷，發現原生家庭問題，成長受挫經歷，個人的發展機會受阻，周圍犯罪學習因素等都會對殺人犯罪產生相關的影響。大多數犯罪人對於其犯罪行為是充滿懊悔的。案例中的犯罪人幾乎都是社會疏離和情感孤獨的。從案例分析和訪談研究中發現，如果能在青少年時期成長過程中，改善相應的親子關係和成長教育，提高法律意識和自我控制能力，提升同理之心與同情心，有許多令人痛心和遺憾的連續殺人事件就可能會避免發生。由於研究精力所限，同時考慮到犯罪個體之間模式對比的易操作性，本文僅選取孤狼式連續殺人案件為研究對象。 Series of homicides are prone to cause social panic. If the case cannot be solved for a long time, the impact will continue to expand and consume a lot of police resources. The serial murder, mad murder and mass murder cases have obvious different characteristics. To explore the characteristics of the crime mode of serial homicides by empirical research can provide reference for the future criminal investigation. More importantly, through the analysis of serial murder cases, the purpose is to summarize the crime model of a series of homicide cases, and at the same time to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention of homicide, so as to reduce the occurrence of violent crime. This paper collects a series of typical homicide cases in the mainland of China, reproduces the criminal's inner thinking and life growth experience through qualitative research methods, and finds that the problems of the original family, the frustrated growth experience, the blocked personal development opportunities, and the factors surrounding the study of crime will have a related impact on homicide. Most offenders are full of remorse for their criminal behavior. These criminals are almost all social alienation and emotional loneliness. From the case study and interview research, it is found that if we can improve the corresponding parent-child relationship and growth education, improve the legal awareness and self-control ability, and enhance the empathy and compassion in the process of adolescent growth, there are many distressing and regretful serial murders may be avoided. Due to the limitation of research ability, and considering the ease of operation of mode contrast between criminal individuals, this paper only selects the ''lone wolf'' serial murder cases as the research object.
