同性戀患者現身的護理

長久以來同性戀確實存在，但非為主流，故社會較不熟悉。然而隨社會對性觀念的轉變，護理人員將來有較高機會面對同性戀患者的現身。對醫護人員現身是同性戀患者使用醫療服務的障礙，而大部分護理人員也少有護理同性戀患者現身的經驗。故藉文獻回顧，闡述性別決定、簡介同性戀、現身及其現身後的困境、現身護理，以提供照顧參考。 Homosexual has existed for a long time, but society did not understood about homosexual since it is not a mainstream thing. However nowadays the society's sexual attitude has change, nursing staff would have a higher chance to face the homosexual patients in the future. Most of the Nursing staff has less experience on taking care of the homosexual patients; they would have a trouble on medical service because of their own sex orientation. Therefore, through the literature review, we would elaborate on gender determination, introducing homosexuality, the coming out of homosexual, how to face them and how to take a good care of them.
