本試驗目的主要在探討不同基重(14、18、22及26 g/m2)之不織布覆蓋對甘藍芽生育之影響。第一次採收時以26 g/m2覆蓋者產量最高,其次依序為18,14,22 g/m2及對照(未覆蓋),但統計上無顯著差異;可溶性固形物則以未覆蓋者最佳。第二次採收,則以未覆蓋處理的產量及單芽重最高,顯著優於22及26 g/m2兩種基重不織布覆蓋者,腋芽長、腋芽寬及可溶性固形物,各處理彼此間則無顯著差異。不織布對小菜蛾之隔離效果,在植株外葉及腋芽,未覆蓋與不同基重間顯著差異,但不同基重間差異不顯著,顯示不同基重並不影響不織布對小菜蛾之隔離效果。在不影響產量的前題下,建議以14 g/m2基重的不織布覆蓋甘藍芽可減少小菜蛾危害。
This research was conducted to evaluate the effects of floating cover with nonwoven fabric in different weight (14, 18, 22, 26 g/m2 ) on the growth and production of cabbage sprout. The results indicated that the best yield of first harvest was obtained from floating cover with nonwoven fabric of 26 g/m2 and followed by 18, 14, 22 g/m2 and control (without covering), but there was no significant differences among treatments. With the comparison between control and floating cover nonwoven fabric with 22 and 26 g/m2 , the sprout weight and yield of second harvest in control were higher than the latter. The effects of covering nonwoven fabric on the sprout length, sprout width and ºBrix were not significant. In this study, the use of nonwove fabric floating cover could reduce the damage caused by diamond-back moth. We suggest that floating cover with nonwoven fabric of 14 g/m2 to be used in cabbage sprout production. |
