本研究以西瓜(Watermelon,Citrullus lanatus)`富寶二號'嫁接於扁蒲`強力一號'上,利用「蔬菜嫁接苗癒合養生裝置」(以下簡稱癒合室)中之環境條件設定,對嫁接苗進行癒合品質以及生育狀況評估。試驗結果顯示嫁接苗留置癒合室2、3或4日對嫁接苗之地上部鮮、乾重、葉面積及地下部鮮、乾重沒有顯著性的影響,但嫁接2週後的苗,以置放3日之處理組接穗長度較長;癒合時期相對濕度維持在80-90%RH時,可提高嫁接苗存活率,並使嫁接苗品質較佳,70%RH時嫁接苗品質大幅下降;癒合時期供給平均光度25.12-49.12μmol/m2 s可提高嫁接苗之鮮、乾重及葉面積,並避免因光度過低而徒長;癒合環境溫度宜設置在27.5±1.5℃左右,33.5±1.5℃時將使嫁接苗之地上部鮮、乾重、葉面積及地下部鮮、乾重大幅下降。
The study was to investigate the effect of environmental control in acclimatization chamber on the nursing quality and growth of the watermelon cv. ‘Empire No 2’ seedlings which were grafted on the bottle gourd ‘S-1’. There was no significant difference in leaf area, fresh and dry weight of shoot and root for various length of time (2, 3, or 4 days) in acclimatization chamber. During a period of 14 days after grafting, the length of scion with 3 days in acclimatization chamber was longer than others. The survival rate and quality of grafted seedlings were promoted if the relative humidity in acclimatization chamber maintained at 80-90%, while under 70% RH both indexes were greatly decreased. An average light intensity of 25.12-49.12 μmol/m2 s could promote the leaf area, fresh and dry weight of grafted seedlings. The suitable nursing temperature would be at 27.5±1.5℃. At 33.5±1.5℃, the leaf area, fresh and dry weight of grafted seedlings were significantly decreased. |
