ANCER（Asian-pacific Network of Centers for Earthquake Engineering Research）之創辦成員包括韓國KERRC（Korea Earthquake Engineering Research Center at Seoul National University）、美國MCEER（Multidisciplinary Center for Earthquake Engineering Research）、MAE（Mid-America Earthquake Center）、PEER（Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center）、日本DPRI（Disaster Prevention Research Institute）與台灣NCREE（National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineer），其成立之宗旨，為應用結合各地震工程相關研究中心之有限資源，基於一合作模式，研究應用創新之工程技術與方法，以降低日後地震造成之災害。 |
