本研究測定鵝鑾鼻燈籠草與長壽花重瓣品種之花粉發芽率,並進行兩者之種間雜交。鵝鑾鼻燈籠草自交系之花粉發芽率為17%-46%,而長壽花重瓣品種的花粉發芽率僅0.5%-11.3%。後者花粉發芽率較高之品種為'Kelly'及'Karen'。在鵝鑾鼻燈籠草與重瓣品種雜交的26個組合中,除了'Middler'(♀)與鵝鑾鼻燈籠草93-1(♂)組合未著果之外,其餘雜交組合之著果率皆為100%。'Naomi'×鵝鑾鼻燈籠草93-1、'Mona'×93-1、'Sorvino'×93-1、'Naomi'×93-13及'Middler'×93-13等5個組合之種子發芽率為13.8%-23.5%,其餘雜交組合的種子發芽率則在10%以下。有15個雜交組合成功產生後代,共獲得276株子代。
Pollen germination and interspecific hybridization between Kalanchoe garambiensis and double-typed kalanchoes were studied. The pollen germination rate of K. garambiensis inbreeding lines was 17%-46%, and that of double-typed kalanchoes was 0.5%-11.3%. Pollen germination rate of 'Kelly' and 'Karen' was the highest among double-typed kalanchoe. Except the crossing of 'Middler' × K. garambiensis 93-13, all other combinations of crossing resulted in 100% fruit set. The germination rate was 13.8%-23.5% for seeds from 'Naomi' × K. garambiensis 93-1, 'Mona' × 93-1, 'Sorvino' × 93-1, 'Naomi' × 93-13 and 'Middler' × 93-13. The germination rate of seeds from other crossings was less than 10%. There were 15 crossing combinations that successfully produced progenies. A total of 276 hybridized plants were obtained from the trial. |
