為建立台灣自主發展高光譜曲面光柵設計製造及性能驗證等能量,太空中心與臺灣科技大學合作共同研製太空等級高光譜關鍵分光元件——曲面光柵,目前已開發未來需要的太空等級光柵,其適用波長範圍,包含可見光至近紅外光及短波紅外光。藉由我國開發的高性能與高效率光柵技術,不僅具備光學設計模擬和像差降低的優化能力,也可實際製作出光譜解析度小於3nm的曲面光柵,優於國際上現有的高光譜解析度。更重要的是我國最新自製曲面光柵效率高達70%,遠優於國際上現有光柵產品。太空中心目前已經成功開發數種不同應用的光柵。
NSPO has focused on the development of 20 grating for hyper-spectral imagers for the future missions. The gratings, developed by NSPO and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, are suitable for wavelengths from viable to VNIR and SWIR. These high performance gratings result from better optical design and optimized aberration reduction procedure. The grating performs to bring down the spectral resolution to 3 mm. The grating efficiency reaches 70%, which is much better than any gratings on the market. Several models have been successfully developed, and a customized model could be available for different applications. |
