An Introduction to The Small Cyber-Physical System in ITRC

工業4.0以及智慧工廠相關議題在近5年來已成為全球熱門話題，本文概述在行政院「生產力4.0」政策目標下，國家實驗研究院儀器科技研究中心發展虛實整合系統，包括廠區環境智慧監控系統、人員／物件定位追蹤系統、智慧加工系統以及資訊整合等技術內容，並將研發精密光學鏡片製程技術的傳統實驗室改造成小型智慧光學工廠作為驗證測試平台，未來可提供產學研各界作為發展及驗證智慧工廠相關技術之場域。 The issues related to Industry 4.0 and smart factories have become a global hot topic in the past fi ve years. This article outlines the Executive Yuan's “Productivity 4.0” policy objectives about CPS(Cyber-Physical System) and development in ITRC(Instrument Technology Research Center) , NARL(National Applied Research Laboratories) . The systems were established including the environment monitoring system, personnel/object positioning tracking system, intelligence processing systems, and information integration. The traditional precision optics manufacturing laboratory was transformed into a small-scale CPS as a test and verifi cation platform which will provide services for the fi eld of the smart factories technologies development.
