參與路跑者體育涉入、流暢體驗與滿意度之研究

Study on the Sports Involvement, Flow Experience and Degree of Satisfaction of Road Runners

本研究主要探討路跑參與者體育涉入、流暢體驗與賽事滿意度間關聯性與影響之研究。首先針對路跑參與者對於體育涉入及流暢體驗，在滿意度上所產生的影響。再者，確認各構面變數之間的因果關係，針對各變數探討其操作性定義，並設計出適當的問卷衡量變項。在問卷調查方面，針對有曾經參加過路跑之參與者為本研究之問卷調查對象。問卷調查前先進行預試。本研究採取便利取樣的方式，預計2017年1月15日至2017年2月16日之間進行施測，預計發放250份正式問卷。所得資料經描述性統計分析、量表信效度檢測、相關分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行各項研究假設之驗證。研究結果顯示，體育涉入中的愉悅性對於滿意度呈顯著正向影響，也就是說，當路跑參與者在體育賽事中以愉悅性的心情參與，對於賽事滿意度會愈佳。另，流暢體驗中挑戰明確目標、正面情緒與時間感、行動控制感三個構面對於滿意度均呈顯著的正向影響。 This study discussed the correlation and impact of sports involvement, experience of fluency and degree of event satisfaction of road runners. First of all, the impact of sports involvement, experience of fluency and degree of event satisfaction of road runners was studied. Secondly, the causal relationships among the variables of all aspects were confirmed, the operational definition for each variable was explored, and an appropriate questionnaire was designed to measure the variables. For the questionnaire survey, those who participated in the road run were selected as the subjects of the survey, and a pre-test was conducted before the questionnaire survey. The convenient sampling method was adopted for the study, and the survey was expected to be implemented between January 15, 2017 and February 16, 2017 with 250 formal questionnaires issued. The data obtained were then verified for various research hypotheses with descriptive statistical analysis, scale reliability and validity test, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show that the pleasure in sports involvement has a significant positive impact on the degree of satisfaction; that is, when the road runner participates in a sporting event with a pleasant mood, the degree of satisfaction with the race will increase. In addition, in the flow experience, all the three aspects of challenging clear goals, positive emotions and sense of time, and sense of action control have a significant positive impact on the degree of satisfaction.
