Clofibrate主要作用於肝臟阻礙膽固醇之合成，增加膽固醇之排出，阻礙血漿中性脂肪之移行，可使血液中膽固醇、三酸甘油脂及膽固醇降低減少血清蛋白尤其是超低密度者而能改善動脈硬化、心肌梗塞、心絞痛、腦溢血之高血壓等。此藥一般均需長期服用，其品質良否與藥效及副作用均有密切之關係，基於此本局遂於七十四年，主動執行此項抽購計劃，依據美國藥典第二十版之含量測定法及含量範圍，予以檢驗並判定。
The Bureau purchased 100 samples of preparations with clofibrate ingredient from drug stores in Taiwan area. The quality of clofibrate preparations was the subject of this investigation. The analytical method and the requirement we adopted is described in the twentieth edition of United States Pharmacopeia. Results showed that all samples satisfactorily met a 90% to 110% of the labeled amount. |
