市售鋁箔包、紙盒包及利樂王包乳品生菌數和大腸桿菌屬細菌之衛生調查

MICROBIOLOGICAL STUDY ON THREE DIFFERENT PACKAGES OF MARKETED MILK IN TAIWAN

本調查自民國73年5月1日至5月31日止由臺灣地區抽驗市售乳品共395件，其中利集王包（Tetra King）42件，紙盒包（Pure Pack）155件及鋁箔包（TetraPak）198件。檢驗項目包括生菌數及大腸桿菌屬細菌。結果有8件生菌數超過規定，22件大腸桿菌屬細菌陽性，而兩項檢驗均不合格者有6件。經二項式比率（binomial analysis）分析結果顯示，鋁箔包乳品的生菌數含量和大腸桿菌屬細菌檢出頻率最低，紙盒包次之，利樂王包最高。其中利弊王包特級鮮乳更是顯著地偏高。 A survey of the ability to prevent bacteria contamination of three different packages; Tetra King, Pure Pack and Tetra Pak, was conducted in May, 1984. Total 395 samples were randomly collected from the market in Taiwan area, including 42 Tetra Kings, 155 Pure Packs and 198 Tetra Paks and microbiological tests on the bacterial count and coliform were performed on each sample. The results showed that the bacterial count of eight samples were beyond the limit and twenty-two samples were found to have coliform bacteria. The contaminated milk was mainly in Tetra King packages. By the binomial analysis and variance analysis, the Tetra Pak is significantly better than the other two and the Tetra King is the worst of the three.
