市售硫醇基乙酸二劑式冷燙劑之品質調查

AN INVESTIGATION ON THE QUALITY OF MARKETED PERMANENT WAVING PREPARATIONS

高瞭解市售燙髮劑之品質，於民國74月抽購市售硫醇基乙酸類二劑式冷燙液共30件，分別檢驗其第一、二劑之H值，主成分之鑑別及含量測定，並測定第一劑之檢度等。就檢驗所得結果，依檔存原廠規格或有關文獻資料予以判定，發現第一劑含量合格率僅26.7％，第二劑含量合格率僅23.3％，第一、二劑含量均合格者僅10％。同時發現，若干檢體所含成分與檢體處方標誌成分不符等情事。顯示大部分燙髮劑製造業者對其產品品質未作適當之管制，致使燙髮劑之品質堪虞。 Thirty different brands of two-agent waving preparations were purchased and analyzed for the active ingredients quantitatively and the pH values of these preparations were also measured. Additionally, the alkalinity test was performed on the first agent of the two-agent preparations. The results showed that only 26.7% of the first agent and 23.3% of the second agent met the manufacturer's specifications. It was also found that the ingredients of some samples were not consistent with what described on the label.
