運用彈力帶協助一位初次腦中風患者復健之護理經驗

Experience of nursing rehabilitation using Thera-Band for a patient with initial stroke

本文為運用彈力帶協助一位初次腦中風患者進行復健之護理經驗，筆者於2016年4月27日至5月3日照護期間，運用觀察、會談、身體評估等資料收集，以系統性護理評估為架構，確立個案主要護理問題有身體活動功能障礙、無力感、身體心像紊亂之健康問題。護理期間透過傾聽、關懷、同理心等技巧，鼓勵個案表達在復健過程中可能有之負向情緒感受，透過執行容易、成效易見之彈力帶使用，輔以漸進式阻力訓練增加個案復健的動機，促使個案能正向面對疾病與復健療程。本次護理經驗發現於腦中風患者復健過程中提供簡易、經濟實惠之彈力帶做為訓練輔助工具之用，能協助個案達到復健目標，期望透過本文提供醫護人員於腦中風患者復健過程之應用參考。 This report described the nursing experience of using the Thera-band during in-patient rehabilitation for a patient with an initial stroke. The nursing period was from April 27, 2016 to May 3, 2016. Data were collected through conversations, observations, and physical assessments. The major nursing problems included impaired physical mobility, powerlessness, and body image disturbance. For these reasons, the author provided positive support through continuous caring, listened actively, showed concerns and empathy, encouraged the patient express his feeling to relieve the emotional stress. After using the Thera-band combined with progressive resistance training, the patient's motivation for rehabilitation improved significantly. We would like to share our experiences with other nurses who care similar patients.
