現今FinTech(金融科技)風起雲湧,對全世界金融服務業帶來巨大的衝擊,FinTech將改變現有的交易方式與金融服務業的定義,全世界包括台灣的金融體系都須順應此新科技浪潮進行變革,以「科技」和「服務」此二核心觀念改造組織並創新業務。本研究運用AHP進行分析,尋找臺灣金融服務業轉型變革最具攸關性的策略方向與重點工作,使其在面對FinTech顛覆性的衝擊下,能以有限的資源儘速而有效地進行轉型變革。研究發現,最具攸關性的策略方向在於「科技基礎建設」之建構,同時亦需掌握「FinTech金融服務業務」,及新科技趨勢下的「消費者需求特質」。
Nowadays, FinTech is surging and has a huge impact on financial service industry worldwide. By changing the existing trading methods, FinTech will reform the entire financial service industry. For such reason, financial system of the world, including Taiwan, must adapt to this new technology, transform financial organization and create innovative business with core concepts of "technology" and "service". This research uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze and find the most relevant strategic direction and key work of Taiwanese financial service industry transformation, by which, under the disruptive impact of FinTech, rapid and effective transformation of financial organization can be achieved with limited resource. This study has found that the most relevant strategic direction is the construction of "technology infrastructure". It is also necessary to fully consider "FinTech financial service business" and "consumer demand characteristics" under the new technology trend. |
