玉山國家公園網站資訊品質之研究

Research on information quality of Yushan National Park website

本研究主要在探討遊客使用玉山國家公園網站資訊旅遊類網站資訊，了解遊客對玉山國家公園網站資訊所提供的各項資訊，是否會反映出遊客的滿意度，從而得知遊客對於玉山國家公園網站資訊的使用是否影響其遊客行為的取向，並根據研究結果提出建議，以供欲設計玉山國家公園網站資訊管理者參考。研究對象以使用過玉山國家公園網站資訊之遊客為主，問卷參考e-SERVQUAL量表設計12題，採網路便利抽樣問卷調查方式進行，共回收490份問卷，有效問450卷份。資料分析採用敘述性統計及重要度－表現分析法（Importance-Performance Analysis，簡稱IPA）結果發現「玉山國家公園網站不會執行緩慢」是待改善的，而「玉山國家公園網站的資訊有良好的組織分類」、「玉山國家公園網站的操作介面很簡單」等2項則是不用過度重視。 In this thesis, we examine whether the tourist information provided by YushanNational Park Administration Website affect the behavior of tourists by usingquestionnaire survey method in order to understand the tourist satisfaction. The resultscan be provided to the management of Yushan National Park Administration Website forreference.The targets of this thesis are the tourists who have ever used the website. Thequestionnaire is based on e-SERVQUAL Questionnaire 12 Questionnaire, websnowballing and convenience sample questionnaire survey. A total of 490 questionnaireswere collected and valid questionnaires 450 copies. The data analysis method used isnarrative statistics and the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). We conducted that theitem ''Proper web page execution speed'' has to be improved, while ''Well travelinformation categories management'' and ''User-friendly interface operation'' are theitems no need to pay much attention on them.
