106年度市售塑膠類食品器具容器包裝之鄰苯二甲酸酯類塑化劑調查研究

Research on Phthalate Plasticizers in Commercial Plastic Food Containers, Food Utensil, and Packaging in the Year of 2017

塑膠材質種類多樣，亦可能使用塑化劑等製造加工所需之添加物。雖非所有塑膠製品都需以鄰苯二甲酸酯類塑化劑改變其特性，惟為化解消費者對於使用塑膠類食品器具容器包裝產品，可能攝入鄰苯二甲酸酯類塑化劑之疑慮，本研究抽樣檢測市面上常見之塑膠類食品器具容器包裝產品，其於指定之鄰苯二甲酸酯類塑化劑之材質試驗結果均為未檢出，顯示樣品未含有能檢出之鄰苯二甲酸酯類塑化劑。配合衛生安全法規之落實及依產品資訊正確使用，消費者可安心使用塑膠類食品器具容器包裝。 While there is wide variety of plastic materials that may be produced with additives of plasticizers for manufacturing and processing purposes, not all plastic products need phthalate plasticizers to change their properties. In order to dispel consumers' doubt on consumption of phthalate plasticizers when using plastic food utensils, food containers or packaging, material test was done. The result showed that no designated phthalate plasticizers were detected on samples of marketed plastic food utensil, food containers and packaging. Thus, by incorporating food safety regulations and practicing proper usage according to product information, consumers may use plastic food utensils, food containers and packaging at ease.
