谷歌地圖呈現健保資料庫發表國際期刊之作者合作情形

Google map applied to display coauthor collaborations on international journals using Taiwanese national health insurance database

利用健保資料庫發表學術研究論文的篇數遽增，社群網絡分析的演算法可以協助瞭解作者間的關係，然而其群聚關係仍不明。國際合作若能結合谷歌地圖呈現研究結果，就能推演至其他許多視覺化資訊的分享。本研究下載1995年起於Medline圖書資料庫原著係利用台灣健保資料分析的國際期刊論文2913篇，依據（1）作者關係呈現國際合作情形，社群網絡分析找出最密切的國際伙伴；（2）期刊國度及發表數量與SCI點數，谷歌地圖呈現歷年最多所屬國家的期刊走勢；（3）描述統計彙整發表最多的前10大健保資料庫期刊；（4）地圖經緯座標繪製作者合作的群聚情形。結果顯示：（1）最密切的國際作者伙伴來自美國；（2）最多的期刊國度及發表數量與SCI點數係來自美國及英國；（3）發表最多的期刊為PLoS One（255, 8.75％）, Medicine（242, 8.31％）,及J Formos Med Assoc（63, 2.16％）；（4）地圖呈現最大10個群聚，北榮及陽明作者合作最多。利用谷歌地圖呈現健保資料庫發表國際期刊的作者合作情形，本研究附錄MP4的影音，說明製作谷歌地圖的過程簡單，對於未來許多團隊合作的資料呈現，示範一具可行的方案。 With the advance of academic journal publication using Taiwanese national health insurance database, the coauthor collaboration clusters remain unknown although the algorithm of social network analysis can be applied to help interpret the relationship. The international collaboration incorporated with Google maps can share much more visualized information to readers. We downloaded 2913 articles from Medline library for a search starting from 1995 to 2017 using the keyword of [Taiwan] and [national health insurance research database] and aimed at reporting (1)the closest international coauthor; (2)the trend of journal publication country based on quantity and SCI impact factor using google maps; (3) the top 10 journals publishing those papers; (4)the clusters of research team. The results show that (1)the closest international coauthor comes form U.S.; (2)the most frequency of journal are from U.S. and U.K.; (3)the highest quantity of publication journal are PLoS One(255, 8.75%), Medicine(242, 8.31%), and J Formos Med Assoc(63, 2.16%); (4) the largest clusters are from Taipei Veterans General Hospital and National Yang-Ming University among the top 10 illustrated clusters. Using Google maps incorporated with social network analysis is merit in bibliometrics for drawing a knowledge concept diagram by displaying author collaboration on international journals. We provide MP4 videos to illustrate the process of coding html with a google maps that can be an alternative benefiting future researchers with a visualized presentation to report their study results.
